ユース育成 Exactly one year ago, I bought an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Chronograph (also nick named 'ROC') ref.26300 to accompany my precious Royal Oak 'Jumbo' ref.15202. But did you know that the very earliest of the batch actually have a case back that reads "(Patent Pending)"? Yup, this watch was made before the patent was granted to Rolex, and on top of that, Matt's has a gorgeous dark brown dial. You won't see a patent-pending, tropical, Double-Red Sea-Dweller very often.</br>
The only thing I needed to do was get another President bracelet link. The watch "only" came with 22, and my guess was that I needed 23 of them to have a proper fit. Normally, these Day-Dates came with 24 links. A quick note to our in-house watchmaker Paul, however, fixed that issue, and the gold link for the President arrived before I link got home from Geneva.One of the most successful efforts in that direction was the Tudor Black Bay, which essentially single-handedly brought Tudor back into the mainstream.That said, the actual text and, of course, the brand's logo make it very specific to RZE.</br>
